Hi everybody, Rikki here. I am bringing you a new edition of our Pretty Pages from the PRD gallery over at SSD. Again I found some awesome beauties: 

How stephc777 pulls off such a busy paper as the background of "Never forget I love you" I don't know, but she does. And that ornate frame! What a luscious page!

Great clustering with very neutral colours: "You make me happy" from louso. I love the photo treatment and the dashes of red. 

I am a sucker for the line design. It's always a win, isn't it? The black and red of Romajo's "Captured" go so perfectly with the image of the old train engine. Wonderful!

Hello!  Sharon here with the July edition of Pretty Pages.

This first layout is from LidiaG.  Such a beautiful page! So much to look at. Love those beautiful clusters and how she incorporated the matching cards.

This second one is from ClaireG- I love the vertical style in the layout and the b&w with the pops of color from the tiny clusters. 

My last pick  is this layout is from Geek Girl. Love the torn edges and the wonderful sense of depth they are creating. I also love the contrast between those bold edges and that delicate cluster and photo. Just beautiful and VERY eye catching!

Hello, Cindy here with the June edition of "Pretty Pages" from the PRD gallery.

My first choice is "Faith_Courage_Compassion" by armygrl
I love the page design, and the layering and shadowing are so amazing that it makes it look like a real paper layout!

Next we have "Happy" by Lidia G
The photo of those little ones is the cutest, and I really love the stamped background.

Last but not least, we have "GROW" by wombat146
How cool is this blended photo! And that butterfly seems ready to fly!

Hi everybody, Rikki here once more with some beauties from the PRD gallery:

First there is "Not happy" by Dady.
A cute doggie (even though he is unhappy), lots of white space and scribbles - the perfect combo, if you ask me. 

Then this gorgeous page by geek_girl caught my eye. What a beautiful cluster with all those elements and the paint and splatters. I love how it works on the patterned background. I'd never dare. 

Last, but not least: This "flippin' awesome" page by tjscraps. Again, a super cool cluster, white space and an upside down girl. The color combo of red and purple - I love it!

Welcome to April's Pretty Pages from the Pink Reptile Designs Gallery.
Browsing the gallery at Sweet Shoppe Designs is always fun and inspiring.
Here are the three pages that caught my attention today.  I hope you like them as well!

I love this layout from alabau.  She used Get your Read on and did a great job of showing off the entire kit!

MrsPeel's layout using Why Not is a party in itself.  She really rocked the kit and the template in it.  It is amazing!

This layout from Louso is just beautiful. I love all the yummy layers and happy summery vibe. She used the kit Reason To Smile.

Hello, Cindy here with a new edition of "Pretty pages" from the PRD gallery.
I'm so excited because this is my first post with layouts from PRD's gallery at Sweet Shoppe Designs! So many talented scrappers!

It took me a while to narrow my choices to only three pages, so let's get started.

My first pick is Blitz by Dady

I can't help but admire the scrapper's ability to make an awesome page with no embellishments! The awesome placement of the paper shapes makes this page really stand out.

Next, we move on to "That's Me" by stasianary

How fun are these circles! I love the mix of paper shapes, sequins, buttons and flairs to create this eyecatching design.

My last choice is "Just be happy" by louso

What a cool way to mix patterns! And the photo treatment is so awesome!

Hi everybody, Rikki here. It's the first Pretty Pages post from the new PRD gallery over at SSD and I found a lot of fabulous beauties, but had to limit myself to three:


First is "Wildflowers" by crazycat1126. The somewhat busy background works beautifully with the photo and the elements and stamps. Absolutely gorgeous!Then, angels participated in our template challenge (still time to join, btw) and created this colourful and exuberant page that immediately caught my eye. 

And now for something completely different: caapmum's "Let it go". I love the sentiment, the photo and the dark colours.

Hi everybody, Rikki here. It's the last Pretty Pages of the year, and once more I looked around Mirjam's gallery and found some cool pages:

I love this scraplift by Claire. You can still see the page she was lifting, but at the same time, the stencils and the grey background give it a totally different look!

I also found two wonderful Christmas pages.

First goes a page from Pachimac with tons of journaling and a gorgeous tree. And I can relate to the topic - even though my husband has no design preferences. But the eternal questions, rustic or cute, classic or innovative, remain. I love how Pachimac describes some of the ornaments and the memories behind them. 

And last, but not least, another type of tree by Dady:

How cute is that tree? With the Santa at the top? I love it!!!!

I love white space pages! This one also has awesome layering, and the diagonal placement of the clusters is just perfect.

You-and-me by zotova

The mix of doodles and stitching on the newsprint paper is just amazing! Some colorful paint on the background makes everything stand out.

Happy Together by Dady

How awesome is this page! The vertical pieces of paper and the cleverly placed title go perfectly (or should I say "purrfectly"?) with the main photo. The extracted image at the bottom adds a really fun touch.

I love browsing the PRD gallery at The Lilypad right after Digital Scrapbooking Day! So much inspiration and creative ideas!

Today's first pick is "yesterday" by Mother Bear. I love the vintage black and white photos and the amazing layering of ephemera and paper pieces. It's like a treasure waiting to be found.

 
Next we have "The Story" by BLKinOR: how awesome is this jigsaw puzzle and the way the scrapper documented her process! I love the use of arrow to tell the story.

My final pick is "Stampin_right" by KairynLisa. Another awesome set of photos that tells a full story! I love the use of stiching over the pockets and the cute little elements she used to embellish the page.

Hi everyone!

Hope all is going well in your part of the world – we are currently in our second month of lockdown, so weird that 2020 was relatively normal for us but Delta has hit so back to the old/new normal!

Happiness can be found in browsing The Gallery though – so many lovely pages this month!

I love this one by @wvufan04 - Scope & Run.  She is rightly so proud of her kids and has run through what must have been a tough day but was so great by the end! Love a good story - the photos coupled with the wonderful journaling make this one of my favourite pages! Thank you for sharing.

Next, I suspect this first caught my eye because it has been so long since we have travelled anywhere! Travel by @mywisecrafts . But I also love the primary colours on a clean lined sheet of paper, such a classic look! Love the physical paper look of this page and of course the stamping – so cool!

Lastly- one I can relate to, Time Flies! by @Pachimac – I have recently turned 54 so not too far behind and also cannot work out how quickly it took to get here! Gorgeous photo and the  use of scatters and butterflies, just perfect! The placement of the tic toc paper on the horizontal paper strip so it sort of floats up, taking your eye with it – so clever!

Hello, scrappers!
Browsing the PRD gallery at the Lilypad is always fun and inspiring. Here are three pages that deserve to be highlighted.

First, "Trottinette" by dady. How awesome is this Out of Bounds effect! The photo is the cutest, and this special editing adds movement and interest. Totally perfect!

The second page is called "Hello awesome" by angels. I love the layering and the shadows, it looks like a real paper page! The black and white photos look so amazing against the colorful background.

Last but not least, we have "Tea Bag" by FL-Karen. It's awsome how she used this kit for an off-themed page. The shadow photo is so creative, and the quote just so true.

 Hi everybody, Rikki here. Once more I looked around [url=https://the-lilypad.com/forum/galleries/categories/pink-reptile-designs.844/]Mirjam's gallery[/url] and found some awesome pages. Karen's fruit % veg challenge brought out so many gorgeous pages, so two of them made it into my too small selection:

First is FL-Karen's "Farmers' Market. I love the combination of a large and a small framed photo. Especially together with the masked edge. The page just makes me want to go out and buy vegetables!

Next is a photoless page by Janisn. I love the glitzy ornament and bird that are a great contrast to the vegetable illustrations. A downright elegant veggie page!

Last, but not least the super wonderful "I am completely library educated" by zotova. I love the journaling (which comes from Ray Bradbury) and the design with the layered frame. I keep saying stock photos are great to use if you want to make a point and don't scrap memories as such - and this page is another perfect example.
