It's August.. what a fantastic month! The weather is starting to change. The heat of the Summer should start to wain with cooler evenings, and all the crops are getting ready for harvesting. I love that the gardens are popping with fresh herbs, vegetables and fruits to be picked. Ah what splendor! I just love this time of year!

My mouth is watering just thinking about eating fresh tomatoes, and oh my, the smells that are wafting in the air from the fresh basil and oregano.
