HAPPY HYBRID BIRTHDAY PAGE

March 7 was a very memorable day for Pink Lady Géraldine as her baby boy turned 1 that day. A precious moment in time that needed to be preserved especially since he also took his first step just days before the big event, february 24 to be precise.

I am thrilled that she decided to make a hybrid page about his Birthday. Of course I am here to show it to you and to share how proud she is of her little munchkin!

A few details about the page:
Géraldine first printed the Growing Pains Papers and Elements she wanted to use on her layout.
She then cut them to shape and placed them on a page of white cardstock. After that she dropped some blue and black paint drops and stamped the wordart [for that she used a stamp by Kesi'art].

Finally she added that cute photo that she converted to black and white so it would contrast beautifully against the coloured papers behind it. As a finishing touch she cut out one apple from the apple pattern paper and stuck it to the page with a tiny bit of 3D foam to add a little extra depth and made her title with fun orange polka dot alpha stickers from Making Memories.

Hope you enjoyed a closer look and Happy Scrappin'!
