This month I made an exploding box for Valentines day. I used Love You Beary Much Elements and Papers to create it.
I found my inspiration on Pinterest. There's tons of things to find when you search for exploding boxes.
Before starting a project, I always draw my ideas or the patterns of my future creation on a notebook. Here, I drew the patterns of my box and its lid.

I printed papers and some elements from the Love You Beary Much kit:

I drew the pattern of the box on a piece of kraft cardstock. I cut it to get this:

I cut some squares of colored papers to decorate the inside of the box:

The next step is making the center of the exploding box. For this one, I decided to use this cute little bear:

I cut the bear twice [one mirror image] to glue them back to back.
I added a piece of paper between the two bears. Thanks to this paper, the bear is able to stand upright inside the box:

I glued the kraft paper under a brown paper that will decorate the center of the box:

Then I added some embelishments to finish the inside of my box:

After, I decorated the outside of the box with brown wooden paper and with some elements.
I decorated the lid to close the box.
And this is the finished result!
