FREE DOWNLOAD | DIY HYBRID NEW YEAR CARD BY GÉRALDINE

Do you always feel inspired by Géraldine's wonderfully creative hybrid posts and projects but never had the courage to crawl away from the computer and give it a try? What's your excuse? All thumbs?

Well you are all out of excuses now! Géraldine made this beautiful New Year card that is the perfect project to give hybrid a go and all you need is 1 or 2 pieces of paper, a printer, something to cut and a drop of glue!


I just love to make my own Christmas and New Year cards adding a personal touch to my well wishes for family and friends.

It might seem scary but believe me it doesn't have to be.

OPTION A
  1. Print out card and banner [you can use the provided .pdf or layered .psd or use the separate .png and .jpeg files]
  2. Cut out the card and banner
  3. Fold card into the middle 
  4. Glue banner on indicated spot
  5. [Optional] use 3D foam under the banner to add more dimension


OPTION B
  1. Print out card and banner [you can use the provided .pdf or layered .psd or use the separate .png and .jpeg files]
  2. Cut out the card and banner
  3. Cut card in half
  4. Cut rectangle shape from a piece of card stock [appr. 5,5 by 10,5 inches or 14 by 27 cm to get the result as shown in the sample and when using the included print sheets]
  5. Fold the card stock into the middle and glue the 2 halves of the card to the front and back respectively
  6. Glue banner on indicated spot
  7. [Optional] use 3D foam under the banner to add more dimension

* No need to write this all down. Instructions are included in the download!
