DECEMBER BLOG CHALLENGE

Hello & welcome to the December Blog Challenge; our very last challenge for 2014!

Before we know it, we will be ringing in the new year.  But before we get too ahead of ourselves, let's ring in a new challenge winner. All the pages from November's challenge were amazingly creative. I loved seeing how everyone played with gradients and recoloring. And didn't you just adore that awesome stitched word art? It is the last month of the year and such a busy time for most of us. If you celebrate Christmas you are probably spending many of your December days with family and friends enjoying blessings and gatherings. To keep things simple and manageable we have a template challenge for you this month.

This template was created with journal cards in mind. We all have them in our digi stash. Either they came as a free with purchase offer, were purchased as an add-on to a kit, or were included in an element pack. Perhaps you just love them and buy all the journal cards you can get your hands on. Whatever the reason, we all have journal cards. One of the most common comment I hear is: If I am not a pocket scrapbooker, what in the world do I do with all these journal cards?

This template can help. For this challenge, I want you to use at least one journal card in your stash along with this template. Use it as is ... or as a jumping off point to create a page that suits your style. I can't wait to see how you incorporate journal cards on your pages!
